"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"Location was great close to famous restaurant Mimi Alla Ferrovia 10min walk. Only set back at hotel was an over powering fragrance smell. Front desk very helpful and accommodating let us checkout and hour later. Great breakfast"

"We had a lovely stay at Albergo Palazzo Decumani! Check in was easy and our room was ready for us. The room was large, clean, with a large bathroom, too. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Elevator worked really well. The location of the hotel is very close to Via Spaccinapoli, which has all the cafes, shopping, etc. The breakfast, which is included, is wonderful with a buffet of eggs, quiche, beautiful pastries, expresso, etc. We were impressed!"

"Just weird. If someone said to the designer:every function, make it smaller and more awkward, then this would win. From finding your room to just shuffling around in it because it's so small to the lifts which are tiny to breakfast which is pathetic. Hot food, don't help yourself, the staff will serve you to limit your consumption. And the choices are tiny and poor so who cares? And no coffee in room, no kettle etc. I could go on. At length. Dreadful place. "

"We had a great stay at Galery Suite in Naples. The location is excellent — very close to all the main attractions, transportation, and everything you might need, which made getting around the city very easy. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was always helpful and kind, and they even assisted us in arranging transportation to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. Before arriving, I was a bit concerned about the noise because of some reviews I had read, since it’s located on a busy street. However, it turned out not to be an issue at all — it didn’t affect our sleep, especially since we were usually tired after a full day exploring the city. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Centrally located within walking distance from the train station and old town. The building looks old but so does everything in Naples. The room and amenities are very good so don't let it put you off. Great communication from the host and would definitely return. "
