"We had a fantastic Stay at the Hotel Continental for 5 Nights. Didnt miss out on anything. Super friendly Staff, very warm and welcoming. Super service from the moment we arrived. The weather was nice so we had Breakfast outside on the wonderful Terrasse with spectacular view every morning. We used the the Gym, the SPA every day and even the Sun Chairs down by the Beach. I can warmly recommend this Hotel. Book a Room with Ocean view to experience the fantastic view every day. We did not have that, but it was nice anyway."

"The room was very nice. Also the facilities, spa and garden are beautiful . However, breakfast was subpar for a hotel in this price range. Also, there is not even one complementary bottle of water a day in the room. The amenity kit in the bathroom was substandard. Body lotion and conditioner were provided sporadically. Body soap And shampoo were two in one and not particularly good for the hair. If it were only for the facilities I would rank the hotel as good. It is an older building, but has a certain Charme to it. "

"The hotel is an elegant and seated in excellent location. It's far beyond my expectations in a such good price. It's very convenient to all attractions. Only take us 8 minutes walking to the bus station or the ferry terminal that can take you to Portofino (it takes around 15 minutes to Portofino by bus or ferry). Santa Margherita Ligure itself is a beautiful place that worth to spend some time. I am highly recommend you to stay this hotel if you plan to visit Portofino. I will definitely stay here if I come here again. "

"Villa Anita is an absolute GEM of a property! The staff is absolutely exceptional, accommodating and welcoming! The location is quaint and close to town; about a 5 minute walk to town. Our room was updated, clean and well-appointed."

"Everyone was amazing, the only downside is that there are a lot of LEDs in the rooms so the room is quite lit when you want to sleep. The worst being the fire alarm right above the bed which has a green LED which blinks every 5 seconds. "

"Staff all go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! In Italy when it’s cooler weather, they control the AC and they feel you don’t need it. Most hotels do the same. I asked if there was anything they can do because I like sleeping with cold ac regardless of the temperature outside. He first said nothing could be done but somehow the ac started to cool. The location is safe and wonderful and close to everything, no need to drive. Love all of it! "
