"Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Over de locatie en de accommodatie zelf absoluut niets dan lof: de ligging was perfect en alles was netjes en comfortabel.
Wat ons wel tegenviel, is dat de service erg onpersoonlijk aanvoelt. Er is geen officiële receptie en het in- en uitchecken verloopt volledig via WhatsApp of telefonisch. Dat is praktisch, maar hierdoor mis je wel het persoonlijke contact en de gastvrijheid die je van een hotel verwacht.
Juist door die onpersoonlijke service...
