"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Neben an wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Frühstück war gut, aber anstatt 10 verschiedener Kuchen hätte ich mich bei dem Niveau über mehr Brotauswahl gefreut. Es gab 2 verschiedene Sorten „Toastbrot“. Bin aber mehr als satt geworden. Die Lage ist im nirgendwo, aber mit dem Leihwagen ist man recht zugig bei den Highlights. Wer etwas Luxus und Ruhe haben will ist hier bestens...

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!"

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again...

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....
