The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening.

I had a great time. However the pizzeria was closed for the full week I was there. We couldn't order food to be delivered (the staff didn't allow us). The restaurant that was open was great but expensive and offered limited choice. It was really a pity that the pizzeria was closed all evenings. The golf course is nice and the price is reasonable but it could have been in better conditions. There are twilight fees offered. The staff were great, as well as the pool / gym. And breakfast fantastic

The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn. The staff were nice. Definitely felt like a family hotel from another era.

Almost everything was perfect, the backdrop is incredible. I would have wished for 3 things: Better gym equipment Healthier breakfast options This is not really for the hotel - but there is very limited walkability in the area.

Wir hatten hier eine Nacht gebucht, nachdem wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit einer privaten Unterkunft hatten und dringend etwas Komfort benötigten ;-) Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Zwar gibt es in der näheren Umgebung außer eben Golf und der nahe gelegenen Alcantara Schlucht nicht viel sehens-/erlebenswertes, aber wir hatten gutes Timing mit dem Wetter und konnten bei Dunkelheit den zurzeit aktiven Ätna bestaunen, das war es für uns wert. Zudem haben wir uns am Abend ein 4-Gänge Menü im Restaurant gegönnt, das sein Geld wert war - inkl. sehr gutem und netten Service. Weniger dann leider am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück - wo ein völlig unmotivierter Kellner Löcher in die Luft gestarrt hat und für jeden Wunsch persönlich angesprochen werden musste. Das entsprach dann leider gar nicht dem Anspruch an ein solches Hotel :-( Das Frühstück war ok, aber in Sachen Auswahl auch weit weg von interkontinentalem Standard. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns gut behandelt und wohl gefühlt.

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir la liste des diffrents services offerts spa piscine golf bar horaires .... seuls les prix du pressing etaient presents dans la chambre. Petit dejeuner tres limite lie a l organisation covid !!! La tele n affichait que 2 emissions russes et 3 allemandes

Pas un Resort, Un Motel..

Un hôtel plus que surprenant.. pensé à l’économie pour la rentabilité du proprio mais pas pour le confort client ! Le plus absurde, la piscine - la plus froide que nous ayons eu durant tout le séjour en Sicile.. et le plus ridicule : l’hôtel impose de porter un bonnet ! Bien sûr on ne vous prévient pas mais on vend les bonnets a la piscine. Pas une piscine de resort sympa mais une piscine entourée d’une bande de touristes ridicule avec leurs bonnets... ah et bien que l’hotel soit énorme, il n’est doté que de 5 ou 6 parasols. Pour le Spa.. Payant !.. meme approche.. bonnets ridicule et piscine froide.. douche froide.. sauna ok, Hammam en panne. Autre experience, le petit déjeuner. Quand les croissants ne sont pas brûlés et sec, ils sont bons. Néanmoins pour le café, armez vous de patience.. là encore Une Seule machine à disposition. Qui fait les café un par un. D’une lenteur record. Lorsqu’elle n’est pas en panne.. pour le buffet, prévoyez un peu d’attente également, une seule personne au service. Ça ne manque pas de personnel, cela manque d’organisation. Autre économie, dans la chambre.. produit d’accueil bas de gamme et serviette tellement fine qu’on aurait dit des nappes. Dernier point douteux.. l’art choisi dans l’hôtel, ne venez pas si vous êtes déprimés :) Mais ça peut valoir le détour. Le personnel est bien ! Allez-y si vous rayonnez autour, c’est un bon point de chute pas trop cher - mais ne vous attendez pas une expérience resort sympa.

Amazing resort

Loved this resort. Very clean and so good service by all the staff in reception, kitchen and cleaning etc. Kitchen staff make a lot of effort for milk and gluten allergies with great options. Outdoor swimmingpool area is really nice too. Indoor pools (SPA) is not included in the price, its an 15 euro extra for one hour. Need to take a taxi to get there since there is no public bus nearby. Really recommended this resort even if you dont play golf and just wanna come and relax.

Relaxing stay

Relaxing facility, position is great, quite, in the nature, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, a good place far away from confusion of cities, only one issue, spa is not included, have to be paid extra, for such a place its a must to be included, food average may be better for Sicily standards
