โรงแรมที่มีสปาใน ซานตาครูซ

"This place is an absolute gem. Terrific location, charming and with so much attention to the guest’s experience. If I could rate higher than 10 I would."

"Unprofessional and rude staff. Short and crass and unhelpful. Room was dirty and had clothes from previous user. Unable to report as staff have access to room and personal belongings and did not trust them. Extreme quality diminishment. I would have rather camped."

"Room was clean and the breakfast was great!"

"Super location and staff! Within walking distance of the beach and the Civic Auditorium! A unique setup where you can store food in a common refrigerator and have all the kitchen items to use when you want. We bought food at Gayle's and kept it later fir dinner. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Great friendly staff!"

"Everything was just fine but the air conditioner squealed each time it came on. I did not report it until the morning but the staff apologized and noted my concern for maintenance."

"This hotel is clean and new. However, there is only valet parking and a lot of our room electricity outlets didn’t work. We charged all our items in the bathroom bc that outlet was one of the few that worked. Also, it is $100 deposit fee per night! We stayed 2 nights so the deposit was 200 bucks. Overall it was an okay stay, great coffee in the morning!"
