Bom mas não era 4 estrelas
O primeiro quarto oferecido foi muito ruim. Depois trocamos mas o banheiro estava sujo com a tábua da privada imunda. O chuveiro saia pouca água e molhava o chão todo. E além disso a pia tinha um vazamento q depois foi resolvido. Café da manhã bom, porém o café c leite não era disponível p o hóspede se servir mais de uma vez. Sa

I love Hotel Cortez! This was my second stay this year. The room and public areas are impeccably clean and ALL of the staff are friendly and so helpful. Many speak English which can be helpful. I choose this hotel because I like that it is locally owned and convenient for friends and family. It has lovely grounds and a nice pool area. The furnishings and artwork have a regional feel. The breakfast is very sufficient with an omelette station, a great selection of breads and fresh fruits. Having sung their praises I need to clarify that this is not a luxury hotel. I gave them 5 stars because they are excellent for their category of hotel. A couple of suggestions I would make are - iron and ironing boards available and to upgrade the blow dryers in the bathroom. ;-)

I stayed 5 nights in July and loved the beautiful grounds. I spent time each day meandering and relaxing by the pool with cocktails or coffee. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I chose Hotel Cortez because of their English speaking staff and the feel of traditional Bolivia that they have managed to maintain in the midst of contemporary amenities.The breakfast was a wonderful way to start my days with a huge variety of sweet and savory options. My room was sufficient and very clean although quite basic. An in-room ironing board would have been great. I will definitely return on my annual visits to Sta Cruz

Wonderful and unique place. There is free coffee around the clock (to accomodate the many Brazilian gusts, I'm sure) but no drinking water! When we asked for a bottle of water, we later found it was charged to our account! IMO this should be courtesy but FYI if you plan to book. Great breakfast buffet! Overall, one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at.

Loved this hotel. Was here for business purposes, the wifi and quick service made my life so much easier during my stay. I would also recommend this property for vacationers. There are a lot of resort style amenities i have not had the chance to enjoy. Would come again.

Excelente Hotel
Excelente Hotel, muy buena atención y especial para ejecutivos. Sólo tuve pequeños inconvenientes con personas que hicieron junta hasta altas horas de la noche, pero personal de hotel estuvo muy diligente a la hora de atender el reclamo.

Un’oasi di pace in mezzo al traffico
Ero già passato da questo hotel 3 anni fa circa e mi aveva fatto un’ottima impressione, benché ci fossi rimasto poche ore. Non posso che confermare quelle impressioni grazie alla gentilezza del personale, al giardino stupendo con una bella piscina, alla pulizia e all’abbondante colazione mattutina. loved the location great restaurants at close proximity but the hotel restaurant is also great sitting by the pool to eat a Cilpancho very safe and clean transfers from VVI airport can be prearranged with the hotel a little more expensive but worth it It's a 5* plus property

Muy buen hotel, la piscina tiene un horario amplio para el uso. La comida es muy buena. La habitación es amplia la limpieza muy buena. El centro de negocios es de muy fácil acceso y uso.

Excelente Hotel, personal muy amable y atento en todos los aspectos. Lo unico que solicitaria por el tipo de hotel es tener un agua de cortesia en la habitación a la llegada.
