"The employees are wonderful and the resort was beautiful!"

"10/10"

"The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again."

"Didn’t like the inconsistency with things in the rooms. Didn’t like the front desk girl, very rude and not accommodating even with me pre picking my room (which I didn’t get). And the food was ok not the best."

"Everything good"

"Great staff for someone who doesn’t speak fluent Spanish. We loved our butler and the entertainment from Red, Johann, Priscilla, server Dario and so many more we forgot names. Definitely will come back to this resort."

"I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible."

"The stay was wonderful we stayed 4 nights. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was especially good. Air conditioning is good."
