"Pros: Exactly like the pictures. Friendly and responsive staff. Everything works. Washer in apartment. Market nearby. Cons: bed bugs (totally unacceptable!), noisy district, drunks roaming streeets."

"Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. Highly recommended!!!"

"The hotel was great with helping us arrange the hotel offered walking tour to introduce us to Florence. Sabina the owner/host was our tour guide, and she was excellent during our private tour of Florence, she was very knowledgeable about the city, and it was a perfect introduction and start to our trip. The hotel itself was great, located in an old monastery just minutes away from the Uffizi gallery. The Turkish steam shower was a great option in our chosen room. Everything about our stay...

"Right across the bridge from the city center. Walked to most sites. Close restaurants. Reasonable price large space."

"Nice hotel with all the amenities! Close to the train station about 5 min walk but also very quiet and peaceful setting. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was so good!"

"Great location, lovely staff, fab breakfast"

"Fantastic hotel with great staff, comfortable bed, great shower etc. we enjoyed the location, 10 minutes walk to the duomo or the train station, fabulous restaurants in the vicinity. There was a lovely bar in the hotel, it was always empty & the prices were too high compared to the other places in the area"

"Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. The suite's location was right in the middle of everything,...

"The room was clean, reasonably priced, and very cozy. Even though it is right in the city center, it was completely quiet inside—you don’t hear any of the city's hustle."
