"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The water was cold and the room itself wasn’t clean, which made it uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the locks didn’t work properly, leaving me feeling unsafe. The room was also cold, and despite trying, I couldn’t get it to warm up. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not at all what I expected. I would not recommend staying here."
