"The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

The property is very dated, like 1970s dated, our room reeked of smoke and loud music was blaring outside somewhere until at least midnight on a Tuesday night. "This hotel was very nice and clean. Had lots of amenities and the pool was great for the hot Milan days. The only downsides where it was a bit out of the way. As well the "King Size Bed" was just two smaller beds pushed together. The gap in the middle of the bed made it a bit awkward."

"This is a great hotel. It is pretty much just across the street from a park that is heavily used by well dressed young people. The tallest building in Italy is in the park and there is a huge fountain / water feature that kids play in. Tons of restaurants and very close to Milan Central Train Station. We had a great time. "I have just spent a few nights at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan and was really impressed. It’s a lovely hotel with character, the room was spacious and very clean, with all the facilities you need, air con, usb charger socket, safe, tv and a nice bathroom with good shower. "This hotel is excellent. Even the minibar is complimentary, which is something I’ve rarely seen at other hotels. The only thing I wish were different is the size of the coffee and tea cups. We enjoy a large cup of tea in the morning, and the cups are a bit small for that. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful, very comfortable, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
