Great all inclusive hotel rooms are clean and food and drinks great. Only thing is the hotel location not near a lively strip unless you travel. No negatives for the hotel its family friendly so if you want a quiet break pick a different adult only hotel.

We loved the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the food was easily some of the best all-inclusive we have had. One small issue: the kids' pool was a paddle pool for young non-swimmers, and there was 1 small pool with a 1.6m shallow end. Not suitable for young swimmers who dont need armbands.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating; however, unfortunately, the property itself was not up to the standard portrayed online. After checking in, we noticed a significant amount of used glassware and towels throughout the amenities, which made the property feel poorly maintained. Once we got to our room, there was a very strong bleach smell coming from the bathroom area. Unfortunately, the smell became even stronger later that evening and had spread throughout the entire room by the time we returned from dinner. It’s a shame because you can tell the hotel was once in great condition and has a lot of potential, but the upkeep and overall maintenance seem to have declined. We were definitely sold on the photos when booking, so the reality was quite disappointing and did not match our expectations.

The hotel staff is very friendly and I cannot recommend this hotel enough to friends and family, the only downside I can share is the fact that the fresh fruit buffet offer is not that big, but all food is good.

Rooms weren’t very clean, towels didn’t get changed. Advertised as a double room but it’s two single beds pushed together (not connected) so you fell down a gap in the middle of the bed in the night! Shower temperature changed Food pretty good for an all inclusive and pool area / dining area and communal areas were lovely. Nice for a relaxing holiday!

It's a fine stay, but the place felt cheaply built. The entire power socket comes out of the wall when I unplugged an electronic that was charging. The furniture in the room was water damaged. There was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drain. There were ants in my room. Stains on the couch. Besides all of that - take advantage of the amenities. All of the food was good.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised. The room and bathroom were dirty on arrival, and there was very little hot water throughout our stay. The toilet had a constant unpleasant smell that came into the room, making it very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also very weak and struggled to cool the room. The food was bland with very little variety, and there were flies around the buffet, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The pool was overcrowded every day, making it difficult to relax or even find space. The majority of the staff were rude, unhelpful and showed very little interest in resolving problems. The only positive was that the night staff were friendly and tried to help where they could. The location is also poor, with very little nearby, meaning you have to rely on taxis to get anywhere. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and nowhere near the 4-star hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel and feel misled by the rating.

The rooms were not what I expected regarding no tea, coffee making facilities and I had to ask for the big shower towels which is usually expected at a 4 star hotel
