"The location is great! It’s so close to the beach and convenient to walk anywhere downtown Pismo. The room was spacious and very clean. My only complaint is the shower head did not work. We discovered it the morning after we checked in, reported it to the front office, was told maintenance would be by that day and never came. The following day I was told a Plumber would be by and never came, so we were unable to take a shower our entire stay. Even though we could bathe, it’s a bit difficult to fully wash off sand and your hair in a small tub. Other than the shower issue, we loved the property. "

"The staff and location of this hotel were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. It felt like there was no insulation for a noise barrier. The toilets were constantly flushing and we could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbor. The maids coming through with their carts were super loud too. We barely slept either night we stayed."
