For the price, I was very impressed by the friendly service at the front desk, clean room with extra amenities like ear plugs, and decorative extras in the room that made it really cozy. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We stayed to be close to the Pismo beach golf club (10 minutes away) to play first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and then a great golf morning. I highly recommend this place as a clean, nice place to stay for a great price!

Simple room. The rooms were very clean, with wood laminate flooring. For an older motel, it was maintained well and looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. We were only three blocks from the beach! I would definitely stay there again.

Great room, excellent location near local dining, and fantastic service. The A/C was a bit finicky and needed frequent adjusting to keep cool. My main issue was a lack of Wi-Fi in Room 212, which made working from the room impossible. However, the staff saved the day by setting me up in another room for a few hours so I could get my work done. Top-notch service, but the Wi-Fi dead zone needs fixing.

No frills. When I say no frills not even an ice machine. The rooms are super clean and quiet. The staff was friendly checking us in. Easy walk to the beach. Not a bad place for a night between places.

No frills motel. But my room was clean; the location is great (10 minute walk to the beach and several food options nearby); and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Inn provides complimentary shampoo, body wash, Q-tips, disposable shower cap, disposable makeup remover wipes, and ear plugs!!! The maid was very helpful at checkout. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Dunnes State Park, and restaurants.

The room was somewhat outdated, but it was clean. Had the typical bed, dresser, tv and table. There was a fridge but it was not plugged in. And there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Also the toilet was leaking from somewhere. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean! At the time we were there it was quiet. It was friendly and in a good location.
