"Room was good. The staff was great! I was very frustrated that at no time when reserving this hotel that i would be required to attend a 90 minute (actually took 2+ hours) presentation on purchasing a timeshare with Holiday Inn."

"I felt that the stay did not offer good value for the price. I paid nearly $400 per night, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. With over 50 guests and only one waffle maker available, it was difficult to enjoy a proper breakfast, and we ended up eating elsewhere. I hope the management can improve this aspect for future guests."

"The room had peeling paint and caulk. Some holes where the walls met the flooring. I forgot to include my mobility issues and when I got there I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Staff would not accommodate another room. There were stains on my bedding, pillow case and sheet. Minor, but still gross. The building was very aged. Kind of grossed me out, but I was only there for 1 night. Would not recommend."
