Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them. Despite arriving quite late our hostess met us and made sure everything was ok. The swimming pond is a wonderful bonus and we would definitely return. Thank you!"

"I stayed at the Oxford Belfry for two nights. I felt immediately that the rating was too high for this property overall. Check in was smooth and staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a generous size, ours looked out over the garden, which were bushes, but still pleasant - some room overlooked the car park. Breakfast was a self service buffet. It was plentiful and varied. The bar experience was problematic. I ordered a non alcohol mojito and when I got it, it was missing several ingredients. The meal special, which came with a glass of wine, arrived without wine. The staff are young, maybe less experienced, but the manager arrived and set everything straight. I would recommend the handmade pizzas, even at nearly £20 for a pizza fit for one. The pool and spa were acceptable but not exceptional. The ice machine didn’t work, the shower by the sauna was a bit broken. Some of the pool tiles were missing too. The spa is featured in the hotel name and expected more!"
