The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests. This proved so inconvenient that we moved to another hotel for a return stay we had planned. Otherwise absolutely no complaints - a clean, comfortable room with nice kitchenette ...

Four Points by Sheraton Perth
The beds were very soft and road noise extremely loud. I knew the hotel would be busy and extra noise throughout movement in night. Close to Arena and staff were friendly and helpful.
