The staff was great - they answered any question we might have and gave us excellent recommendations. "The room was very loud at night on Friday and Saturday night in particular, even with the windows closed, and the noise went until at least 2 am. And there was no AC (or at least it didn’t work) so we couldn’t keep the windows closed. Made it very hard to get a good night sleep. Toilet was also stinky and the smell penetrated into the room."

With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "Super kind and helpful staff. Room temperature just right, compact space but with everything you need. (I travelled solo.) Had good lighting too - I dislike dark hotel rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Fresh continental breakfast was fantastic. Overall wonderful stay. "

"The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate. If you are a bigger person or you struggle with movement, you would definitely struggle with the limited space. "We visited Bologna for 4 days. Overall the hotel is very good and meets the 4* Rating. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of food. Fresh orange juice is available if you ask for it. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bologna. Staff were friendly and helpful."
