"Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna."

"Amazing and helpful staff. Clean, well appointed room with amazing views , beautiful windows , and even air conditioning. Staff was incredible and available 24/7 and extremely engaged. "Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.)
