"I really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. It also is just a bus ride from Monaco and Monte Carlo with a bus stop in back of the hotel. And a walk to the train will bring you to other towns on the French Riviera. The Concierge was very nice however there was somebody going through my bags whenever I left the room and they stole a couple of my favorite toiletries which left me feeling really violated. Unfortunately I don’t know if I’d go back."

"Room, Bed ,breakfast and location are excellent!!!"

"I absolutely loved my stay! Perfect views & access to Old Nice. I was able to shop the fresh market every day & frequent local shops for fresh food with out having to go out to eat the whole time I was there (obviously I went to some amazing restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance). Easy access to the trams! The staff were delightful! Just know the elevator is very small & it’s better to use the stairs as much as possible (which I didn’t mind, personally, and prefer using stairs whenever...

"The location of this hotel was perfect! Close to the train station, walkable distance to the Promenades des Anglais and the ahold Nice, it was quite enjoyable to discover so many quaint streets."

"Great location & room had a well equipped with kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, toaster & kettle! Although small the room had everything needed, double on ground level & o mezzanine too. Could do with a refresh for next season but was ideal for us (family of 4) & I would book again."

"Very small room and small bed. Although Expedia advertised as queen bed, it was only a double bed. Great location."

"Shops nearby"

"I won’t stay there again , was very disappointed! I used to stay here before , it was so good but this trip was very disappointed."

"Convenient location; breakfast was excellent; the hotel was just renovated and room size is generous. The staff serving the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Bed linens and bed sheets have very good quality. From all of these aspects, I gave my stay 5 stars. However, I was not satisfied with the reception when we first arrived. We were assigned a bad room with smaller size and poor view of balcony even though there were more better rooms available. From this aspect, I gave my stay 4 stars to...

"This hotel was fantastic. Although there was a slight problem with our room being ready, the staff was very helpful in resolving it and provided us with excellent service. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, beach and activities. First-class accommodations."

"Excellent location. Easy to get to the train station, old nice and to the airport. Room was modern and had great bonuses like water, coffee, and a lovely balcony. Only complaint of the room we were in was the shower would overflow and flood the tiled bathroom area."
