"This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations. "

The hotel is tucked in a little bit, away from the Main Street (Thapae), but walkable to everything East and West. Noot (front desk) and the entire staff were very accommodating. "Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."
