โรงแรมที่มี Wi-Fi ใน ซานฮวน

"Hotel El Covento was exquisite! The property was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The staff delivered a complimentary bottle of wine with a handwritten note congratulating us. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and kind. A special shout out to the front desk and to the bartenders who made us feel so welcome!"

"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."

"Everything was amazing!!!!"

"Convenient to Old San Juan"

"Elevator did not work one day. Had to walk the stairs to the third floor. Our TV was not working right. Had to have maintenance come in on the second day to reboot. Battery in room safe failed. Front desk came to fix it when asked. Maid was very friendly and helpful to mop up rain water coming in to the room. We had rain every day so all the common area were unusable ( all open air)"

"Very clean. And in a very centric area."

"No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again."

"Clean, and very pretty. No elevator, paper thin walls, shower had broken handle, low water pressure and ran out of hot water in less the five min. Staff almost felt bothered when you asked a question. Good bed and tons of shops around but wouldn’t stay again"

"I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Espacio muy limpio y acogedor. Buen servicio."

"We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!"

"Hotel bien situado, esto y el personal son la cara positiva. La negativa es la habitación; incomoda, cama hundida, mal iluminada, etcétera. Llamarla Deluxe es un eufemismo de mal gusto."

"Staff was excellent and very helpful during our stay especially Hector. Unfortunately the shuttle has been out of service and the hot tub needed cleaning. There were several other issues we encountered that were rectified by the Hector as well as other staff members at the time of need."

"Clean room, excellent location"

"I love this stay so much! I stayed from 10-29 - 11/2 and me and my bf loved it, very quiet and private. The staff were amazing the location was close to everything. Natalia at the front desk was an absolute doll and super helpful. We will be returning!!!"
