10/10 Excellent

"24 hour pool and hot tub is an absolute gem. The hotel is right next to a 24 hour grocery store which is amazing and very convenient. It’s a very short walk to the beach and they also do a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and other touristy places. Amazing restaurants all over and I still can’t get over the amazing pool and hot tub. We love this place it made our first anniversary trip the best. The only negative of this hotel is the staff at the café. Most of them are very nice and extremely helpful but for the breakfast buffet, some of the waitresses were a little inattentive, but that did not ruin our breakfast and that is the only caveat of this amazing hotel. 24 hour pool and hot tub is awesome. Would highly recommend!! Did I mention how much I love the pool and hot tub it’s 24 hours people it’s amazing!!!!"

"The staff was kind and helpful. Despite PR being in a drought, the stay was comfortable and unaffected. At first, the room was underwhelming. There was a problem with the television, bathroom fan, and the bed frame is too large for a queen size mattress so it's easy to whack your shin on the frame. We brought up our concerns to staff and they moved us into a much nicer room with a king bed and nice view. If more than one person is booking here, they should definitely get the king size room because queen room is too small for two people. Overall, the stay was nice, cozy, and relaxing. The beachfront location is excellent and their restaurant is scenic, good atmosphere, at night especially. We had a good time and appreciate the staff addressing our concerns because otherwise that may not have been the case."

"I love how the place looked, the room was spacious and it looked very modern. The location is perfect and you’re right over district T mobile. The parking we used was the one used for the convention center but there’s lots of parking overall. Everything is walking distance and there’s even a Walgreens 10 minutes away. Loved the atmosphere and the front desk was super helpful."
