"This is a nicely hotel in a convenient area, good staff, easy parking, with one major flaw - the beds are as hard as ironing boards. Zero cushioning. Woke up both days with an aching back due to sleeping on what felt like a board, ug. Noticeable difference between these beds and the other hotels ..."

"No hot water, had to take cold shower. One of the faucets was very difficult to turn on, shower amenities were empty and water was not available in vending machines on any floor. No fridge in room."
