"Stayed here for a night while in the area for medical appointments. Rooms are huge! The bed was comfortable, amenities were perfect. Room was especially quiet. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was terrible staff was rude. Made me wait to check in at 2am after all day of extended medical work while she talked on the phone for 5 mins. Then gave me a double room even though I booked and paid for king. Said to bad kings are first come first serve regardless of what you book."

"After driving 6 hours straight all I really wanted was a place to faceplant for a few hours, but the hotel was great for the price, conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I rolled in at around 3am barely speaking coherently and the night auditor was patient and accommodating. The room was more than I'd expected for what I paid. It was quite and clean, the bed was super comfy (though that may be traveler's bias) and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. I missed breakfast unfortunately but they still had coffee and some snacks laid out which was a welcome surprise. Overall great experience, and it's definitely on my go-to list the next time I'm in the area."

"The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look safe to walk around lots of empty buildings. "

"Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website. Spent time at the pool, but didn’t go in since it looked dirty. I love the area for the shopping and restaurant options, but for the price of the rooms, I’m still undecided if it’s worth it for next time. I will be spending lots more time in San Jose since my niece attends Santa Clara and may have to look for another hotel."

"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO and they were so welcoming. I guess staff being snob thinking they are highly rated forgot the down to earth basic service quality."
