"The property is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make vegetarian dishes for me. Couple of issues..the toilet bowl and brush covered with ants was left by our door, no coffee replacement for the next morning in our room. The pump for the water was constantly running. We advised the manager of these issues when we checked out. We considered the food was being just ok."

"Beautiful property and with the rooms being clean and comfortable. We attended a brunch on the Sunday representing Yucatan foods which was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and return to this hotel. "
