Unique town

Eapitia is a very interesting town, we had a truly unique experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely kind and ready to help. We went on the new year’s celebrations, but were not aware that the town host a huge party and fair that leeches out the electricity all over, and the noise is a marvel of decibels. We were without electricity for most of the trip which makes everything very challenging. However we try to roll with it with the help of the great staff of the hotel. Definitely a trip to remember

The property is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make vegetarian dishes for me. Couple of issues..the toilet bowl and brush covered with ants was left by our door, no coffee replacement for the next morning in our room. The pump for the water was constantly running. We advised the manager of these issues when we checked out. We considered the food was being just ok.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlichen nur wussten sie leider nicht, dass ich eine Reservierung habe und konnten kein Englisch was ich sehr schwierig finde für Touristen, die kein Wort Spanisch sprechen. Das Interior ist sehr sehr schön. Aber der Preis von 150€ die Nacht für mich alleine ist schon extrem gewesen.

La habitación fue excelente al igual que todas las instalaciones. La 3 personas del personal son de lo mas amables y atentos. Don Higinio es lo maximo igual que la señorita de la recepción. Son empleados muy valiosos. Ojala sean reconocidos en godos los aspectos. Solo una sugerencia, en el baño , en esta epoca que descendió mucho la temperatura, la ventana abierta es muy desagradable. Sugiero una una persiana de black out enrrrollable pa evitar sentir tanto frio en el baños.mazono.

La estancis estuvo muy bien el cuidado y los detalles del hotel son muy buenos nos sentimos muy a gusto. El único detalle que creo deben mejorar sólo los alimentos. La relación calidad, precio de los alimentos pensamos que no es la mejor además de la variedad. Por lo demás, verdaderamente sentimos un hotel muy cómodo para una escapada en pareja

El hotel es aún más hermoso que las fotos , es muy cómodo, los cuartos son perfectos y las camas son perfectas para descansar , todo realmente es muy bonito y comodo.
