"Our stay in San Sebastián was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

"Great location, excellent facilities. Varied and tasty breakfast food and drinks.
Encountered three different reception staff, all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Great ambassadors for the hotel. Bar manager similarly was efficient, and friendly, nothing was too much.
Would recommend this hotel for its location and the great staff."

"Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. "
"The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus."

"Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and there’s a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs!
The hotel provided coffee pods in the room with a coffee...

"The hotel is located in the center of San Sebastián. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and the beach.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
The concierge staff gave us a list of a variety restaurants including Michelin Star restaurants.
The food in San Sebastián is excellent. "
