They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. "This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture."

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! Had difficulty with the off site staff finding the cost of the shuttle versus taxi service from airport and which they would recommend for a woman traveling alone. By time I decided on the shuttle (30 euro) it was not available. The first official taxi quoted triple this amount which I refused. Did find a driver that did it for 30 euro but dropped me off 1/2 block from B&B. Signage at entrance not easy to see. Once inside again...

The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep.
