"This Hotel is very clean rooms and showers(cleaning girls Erika and Ludys) thank you. The room and shower very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is very accomodating and friendly especially Fabian, Christian, Tania and Ericka. The checking and out was easy, the boys at the front desk very friendly especially Juan Vicente and Jhoel Wiches...The hotel is right in front of Castillo San Felipe which is a nice view, however y you want to be close to the city center, this...

"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"Wonderful staff, great location, cute tortoises roaming the small courtyard. Free bottle of wine came with our stay. We stayed in the room that has some varied art and decorations spanning the African continent and it was compact but fine. The bed is unfortunately not very comfortable and a little rickety. Breakfast was tasty and made to order."

"The staff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was nice. It was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included and was very complete. Loved it. We went up on the terrace several times (furniture needs pillows) and used the small, yet sufficient pool. The hotel is very conveniently located. A busy street does run in front of it, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you, but it did not bother us. We slept really well in our king size bed. "

"Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days."
