"The check-in lasted almost one hour. More than 20 people in a queue, because the hotel did not have the rooms ready, that was what they said. We arrived at 4:00PM, as many others, and got the key around 5:00PM."

"Room carpet is older, toilet moves and closet ceiling leak water in the middle of night. I stayed the hotel because of work related seminar held on the premise. Otherwise wont be my first choice staying san diego."
