We booked this spot for the proximity to Sea World and the price was better than most in Mission Bay. You get what you pay for. It is very close to Sea World (not walking distance though, especially with kids) and has great beach, bay access. Parking is $49/night (not readily advertised or an option) ...

The staff was very accommodating and the happy hour and restaurant menu had great selections. Still a great walking distance if you want to go in towards town.
