"We have stayed at Hard Rock a few time but this time was by far the worst. No water pressure, ac barely worked, poor quality blackout curtains, sink didn't drain, pool hours close at 9pm and do not start until 7pm on Saturday. "The stove was unplugged and we had to call someone in to get it fixed. The light switches didn’t work for the two lamps on the wall. We appreciate the immediate help we’ve received. Otherwise we were able to enjoy the stay and everything else provided."
