I had an excellent stay at Hotel Zindel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the boutique style made it feel unique. The location was very convenient, close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very classy establishment. As I told a friend, a little romantic. Nice decor, great location, very safe and secure. Check in and getting codes not as easy as promised, but the service when contacted was exceptional.

Thank you for being Welcoming, and ease of communication to check-in. The room was great and loved the interior design of the room, the coffee machine was a lovely touch, but ran out of creamer.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and gave me a bottle Of wine when i said I was going to walk to get one. Also offered me two glasses. The hotel was nice and room clean but the noise was too much and no parking was terrible. But I did enjoy the cute front patio.

Clean property and cool amenities. As much as we enjoyed the location and easy walk to Little Italy, the noise from the street and people slamming doors all night using the shared bathrooms, I doubt we stay again.

Our stay at Hotel Zindel was great! The bed was SUPER comfy. I would say there needs to be better communication between the hotel itself and the concierge services about what amenities the hotel can actually provide. The concierge service was incredible, and there were so many great recommendations.Thoroughly enjoyed, Little Italy, the neighborhood the hotel borders!

Property was awesome for a hostile. They kept the bathrooms clean, and the property itself is in really good shape and updated. Only complaint is that room service didn’t come into our room once to clean up. Also, we didn’t know it was a hostel. It turned out being OK but you have a shared bathroom with everybody.

Very nice

Easy check in. Good communication. Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and bars, and can drive to most attractions within 10 minutes. Nice hotel. Older building that has been completely renovated. Highly recommend it.
