"Great hotel and would definitely go back. We loved our room because of the view, patio and spacious room. The only complaint I have the room phone was not working and room service number was going to voicemail. Light and TV were flickering and being on the eight floor it's very important that electrical are up to date. Other than that it was mostly positive and pleasant experience. "

"Paradise point is spacious, beautiful gardens, family friendly. Our room was only cleaned 2/4 days we were there and one of them I had to ask to have it cleaned. Somehow the room, linens, us, our clothes feel a little humid and damp despite having ac on. The food & spa are overpriced, but that is similar to any resort."

"2 flaws: 1). no heated pool and the staff were unaware and it was not fixed in time. The heated pool was one reason why i booked here. 2). Despite being upgraded (ty! btw) the floors were so creaky and i felt bad for the folks down stairs. Outside of that, I would recommend staying here for all the benefits this hotel has to offer! Felt like a resort and i most especially loved the bathroom! it felt like my personal spa"

"Très propre et endroit rénové. À 25 minutes de marche du port, 40 minutes à pied du zoo et à 10 minutes de la petite Italy. Très très abordable!!! Service aux chambres moyen mais les gens à la réception très gentils et toujours prêts à nous aider. Un parfait hôtel pour ceux qui cherchent un hôtel propre, pas trop cher et pour y dormir principalement. Nous avons apprécié."
