"El hotel se ve bien pero solo hubo agua caliente en la habitación un solo dia y cuando limpiaban la habitacion olía mal (como agua sucia). Una piscina estaba fuera de servicio y por dos días la playa estaba limitada por una grabación. El gimnasio estaba impecable, definitivamente lo mejor del hotel. Tiene muchas áreas bonitas pero fue un poco decepcionante."

"had a very disappointing experience at what is supposed to be an almost 5-star hotel. The service at the front desk—especially from the supervisor on the evening/night of May 3, 2026—was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the supervisor was unfriendly and dismissive. When I tried to request a room near the elevator, she cut me off before I could even finish my question and simply said “no.” Later, I asked if she could exchange $50 USD into Dominican pesos. Again, before I could complete my request, she refused, saying she didn’t have enough cash—despite the hotel being fully booked, which makes that hard to understand. That same night around 10:30 PM, I arrived in a taxi and asked her once more if she could change a small amount (200 DOP) so I could pay the driver. Once again, she refused without offering any help or alternative."

A special thank you to Milagros, the supervisor, for her warm welcome and hospitality. She made us feel truly taken care of. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend!"

"Clean room, and all over very clean. Staff very accommodating, I booked 1 day overnight stay in a swim-up room and and check-in and check out were smooth. would have given 4 starts overall but the food at buffet was average to slightly below with minimal variety. All other restaurants were booked that night upon at our 3pm check-in. Wish we would have given opportunity to book a reservation for restaurant at cehck in. "
