"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and service were both fantastic as was the location. Would highly recommend."

"The room was very nice. Good size. Always so clean every day. Outstanding."

"Really amazing hotel and location! Across the street from the Fairmont hotel and the stairway to the lower town. It is also next to what I consider one of the best restaurants in Quebec City, 1640. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly, quiet considering the amount of people passing by. We would definitely stay here again."

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"Parking was convenient. Room and beds comfortable. Having to use my phone for entry into the room was not convenient"

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"Great location. Within walking distance of shops, fort, parliament buildings and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. Parking is behind the building for an additional $25."

"Ran out of toilet paper, had to request 2 times to get it. Advised staff, TV works sometimes but often it did not work. A staff member took a look at it but said did not know how to operate. Said they would have someone come in to help with tv. Never came to check it out."

"Great hotel Clean, modern and amenites were great were Excellent staff especially Romaine she was so helpful and friendly Very professional and accomodating Morning breakfasts were a treat highly recommend this hotel"

"Well situated. Large and comfortable room. Very clean."

"Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away."

"The hotel is in a great location and is very quaint. The staff are very friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. It feels like you are staying in a period home rather than a hotel, which is welcoming. You should be aware that the bathroom is very small, with only a hand sink. Also the bathroom door does not fully close and so privacy is very limited. There are no plugs or sockets by the bed.
