"The hotel is located in a park, so it is green and shaded all around. There are a few restaurants in the park, so dining is close-but there is also a restaurant in the hotel that was quite good! Everything was spotless, and the staff was great. Tony was working the desk when we arrived and was always ready with a smile. He also gave us great recommendations. The only downsides are the lack of an elevator and the fact that taxis have to drop you off about a block and a half away. I'd say it is a minor inconvenience for the old world charm and the fantastic staff. Highly recommend!"
"This is such a beautiful traditional courtyard hotel. The rooms are huge, the staff is so welcoming and kind (they let me stay until my 9pm flight), the breakfast is delicious and the location cannot be beat. I would 100% recommend staying here!"
"Close location to Registan square, easy to get around. The staffs are helpful as well, and it is good to stay by. The breakfast is traditional Uzbek, so may not be familiar for most"
"Pros: great location near Registan, great price point, friendly staff
Cons: room wasn't fully cleaned since the previous guest, thin walls, bed not very comfortable, bathroom in need of a reno.
TL;DR you get what you pay for, and it's a reasonable option if you prioritize value and convenience over cleanliness and comfort."
"Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We stayed in a family triple room, which was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the stunning courtyard. The room had everything we needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure with consistently hot water.
One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding food quality. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the salad I ordered for lunch was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and dinner was beautifully presented and truly memorable. In fact, despite our usual policy of trying different restaurants while traveling, we returned here multiple times for both lunch and dinner because the food was simply that good.
This was without question my favorite hotel of our entire Central Asia trip."
"У этого отеля хорошее месторасположение. До многих достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Персонал услужливый. Но завтраки очень бедные и в ванной комнате очень неприятный запах стоит. К тому же будьте готовы что из туалетных принадлежностей предоставляют только мыло и шампунь, гель для душа отсутствует."
