"Lovely small inn with comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. The staff, particularly Kate, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us to Bath."
"Beds we very comfortable. Good quality sheets and duvet, perfectly pressed. We had two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the river. Well worth the extra cost for before and after dinner river watching and early morning. The second room was labelled cosy double but had plenty of room. Staff very friendly and good menus. I really like that atmosphere. It’s relaxed and classy at the same time. "
"We were upgraded upon arrival. Room spotless and with lovely fluffy towels, robes, slippers and coffee machine. Bath and shower, big comfortable bed, lovely toiletries. We were given vouchers for two free drinks. The barman was really pleasant. Enjoyed our stay very much!"
"Really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with a good variety. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. A short 10-15 minute walk to town or convenient bus stop near the hotel. Clean and spacious accommodations!"
"It was a beautiful renovated building; our rooms (family) were lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was excellent! Overall, the town of Bath was wonderful, full of history and beauty. We did tons of shopping and a walking tour (highly recommended), and the restaurant across the way (Crystal Palace) was most excellent!"
"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."
"Lovely location and our king room was superb. Our host Lisa was there to welcome us, such a helpful and friendly lady. We were shown to our room where she had prepared comprehensive details of useful information about places to go, eating places etc. Lovely en-suite shower and extremely comfortable bed.
Would definitely visit again."
