The hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay. I’ll add some pros and cons to help someone reading the reviews decide for themselves. Pros: •Good location, about 10 min walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. •Nice and helpful staff. •Good facilities and pool area. •Good entertainment at the poolside during the day (we didn’t check out the evening programme). •Our 8 y.o. loved the games room. •Towels changed every day, beds made every day, sand from the beach hoovered every day. •Good choice of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Cons: •Very loud air conditioner (imagine a washing machine on a spin cycle the whole night). •Our room has been decently cleaned only once during a 7 days stay. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet when we moved in and nothing changed for a week apart from the Sunday cleaning team that managed to do the impossible - leave it odourless. •Dirty dishes at breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. And I don’t mean water stains. Broccoli from last night’s dinner stuck to my plate at breakfast and orange bits inside the glasses were disgusting. Some days were ok, some days were like this. •Impossible to get a sun bed at the pool if not up to fight for it by 7:30 am. It seems there are teams that are great and the ones that do not really care about cooking and cleaning. They alternate - so food is good one week with no decent cleaning, then the other week it’s clean and shiny with so-so food options.

Pictures make it look better thank it really is

Photos are deceiving and make this hotel look like the pools and ground are big and stunning. Reality is the pools are small, scabby and run down, and very overcrowded. The rooms are nice, and interior of hotel is nice but the outside pool areas are terrible!!! Overlooked, not always getting sun and very run down. 30 minute walk to town, there are much better hotels closer to town!

Un hôtel 4 étoiles bas de gamme

Bien situé, à quelques 8minutes de la zone animée. Pour le reste, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte. Nourriture en grande partie industrielle, pas de grande qualité. Des sauces type Benedicta tartare ou bourguignonne en guise de vinaigrette pour les crudités. Le service à la restaurant est réduit : les serveurs ne font qu'alimenter les zones et débarrasser les couverts. La propreté est également discutable. La zone autour de la piscine est sale. De même que les toilettes malodorantes (celles situés à côté de la piscine et celles à côté du restaurant).

Si vas a ir con coche no elijas este hotel

El hotel en sí está bien. Es muy completo porque tiene hasta cajero automático. También tiene una sala de juegos muy grande, tienda, alquiler de bicicletas, y 3 piscinas. Es una pena que no disponga de parking porque eso le resta puntos. Es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona y el que hay está a 2,30.-€ la hora con lo cuál si vas a estar varios dias es una barbaridad.

A Pleasant Place to Relax (or Party if you want to

A very nice place to stay. Designed to accommodate large crowds, and it does so in a very good way. Breakfast area can be crowded with all the charter bus tours using this hotel.

El hotel esta clasificado con 4 estrellas pero no entendemos porqué. En la zona hay hoteles de 3 estrellas con mas servicios o habitaciones mas amplias. No tiene parking. La habitacion es pequeña y no hay mucho espacio para moverse. El lavabo igual. Habia pelusas en el suelo de la habitacion y pelos en el plato de ducha. El sofá cama donde dormia nuestra hija no estaba desplegado y le faltaba una manta. La pedimos y la trajeron enseguida. La comida del Bufet no es muy variada y en general no nos gustó. Habia mucha gente y mucho ruido. No era agradable estar en el comedor. Los ascensores siempre llenos. Había colas para poder cogerlos.
