"My stay started with a lot of stress. Although I had pre-booked and had a confirmation, a lot of fuss made by staff on the day of travel in order to pay in advance. I have stayed in this hotel many times before. Overall rooms are nice and big and it has good amenities. The breakfast has always been a let down but it was even worse this last time. Nothing seemed fresh so I would just have the coffee and leave."

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Great location, outstanding staff and hospitality. The bathrooms are not very well maintained however, and the showers are tiny to where you cannot even bend down to grab something. This hotel is great for a short stay and if you want something close by however it is not the most comfortable stay due to outdated bathroom and Tv. There is also no mattress protector. I do want to emphasize that the staff went above and beyond to make our 2 night stay more comfortable and that was a 10/10."
