"Central. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Clean. Spacious room. Conformable bed.
One thing to note is that it is only accessible buy certain Taxis. Getting there by Taxi needs to be coordinated with the hotel staff.
Highly recommended"

Staff from waiters to reception was very responsive with friendly atmosphere. We had brkfst included in our room rate and was well worth it. Dinner options very good, Small cozy restaurant within hotel. Great location by Metro and Gothic/Roman Quarter."

"Good location, excellent and helpful staff. Our room had lots of space and a good shower and bathroom counter to get ready but poor lighting for doing hair/makeup. Having a kitchen area was great and the bed was comfortable with lots of extra cushions. We liked staying in the gothic quarter near las Rambla and walkable to other attractions. Would recommend this historic hotel."
"Thoma who coordinate my luggage and taxi was terrific and 5 star service. Checking in and out smooth, 5 star.The food was delicious. However, the molten chocolate dessert took close to 45 minutes and was horrible. Much too sweet badly baked and with half a tea spoon of crème fresh. I complained to the waiter. Suggested that he bring it back for the chef to taste as he should be aware of what is leaving his kitchen. It made the dinner experience a disappointment and certainly not what to expect...
"Beautiful property with high tech amenities. Very clean well kept. Fantastic location cannot explain that enough.
Advise for US travelers: although washer / dryer unit is provided understand that most European dryers are not going to fully dry your clothes. This washer/dryer combo was “weaker” than other dryers we’ve used in Europe but it was a very nice to have the unit onsite.
Lockers provided after check out where really convenient!"
