Hotel room is very clean and the floor plan is very thoughtful. The toilet is in a separate section with the bath which is very convenient. Self check in is fast and easy to use. "Front desk staff was nice. I always stay at Washington when I stay in Japan. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel and convenience stores in the same building. Rooms are tiny but can handle it. "

"This was an excellent hotel to stay at. We spent 9 nights with all that Tokyo has to offer in very close proximity. The train station is a short 5 minute walk with an excellent shopping precinct and just a 20 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. We cannot recommend the location of this hotel more highly. Attention to cleanliness was outstanding and room size for Tokyo above average."
