"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"The suite was very spacious. Two separate bedrooms for that price was amazing. The unit was nice and clean and including nice amenities like full kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioners worked well and it was very close to multiple train lines to get you where you needed to go quickly. "

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "Clean and attentive service. lots of amenities and food options across the hotel including a family mart and lawson. close walk to the subway. didn’t do breakfast or meals because there’s so much to tokyo. multi lingual staff are great and luggage service was reassuring"

"Have not tried the breakfast yet. Just next to Kabukicho, many restaurants nearby and very closed to the Shinjuku Station and its underground shopping streets, with many shops and restaurants, too. Overall, the hotel is within the bustling area of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). It is very convenient in transportation, food and drinks, entertainment and shopping, etc., even at the night. On the other hand, it is quiet and clean with the hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to feel the city live in Tokyo."
