"Staff, Restaurant, building rooms: amazing "

"the room smelt humidity so badly! it was a terrible sleep with the smell. The receptionist was great but he had no other room to change us. the location of the hotel was very different then the actual location. The location on the app was in the middle of st tropez and this hotel was outside the actual town! That was also a bad suprise!! it tookus an hour to find the actual hotel."

"We loved our stay at the Mandarine. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, polite and helpful. The food was delicious (especially Tarte Tropezienne - my favourite one I had during my trip) and the location is lovely - just a few minutes from the main town but there is a shuttle service that’s ready to take you whenever you are. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"This is a managed property, not a hotel. The room was clean, serviced daily, and decently appointed, the building had a nice pool, and the location was good (15-20 minute walk from the port/center of Saint Tropez). That said, it was also tiny and overpriced and other residents were loud and noisy at the pool until the wee hours of the morning since there is no management present in the evening, hence the average rating."
