"La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... "My husband ended up in hospital for a week and the Hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed including finding me a room even though they were fully booked. There is lots of parking out the back but on a busy weekend it can be hard to get into the carpark as there is no reservations. Just another minor thing. In English the laundry sheet says if the articles are at the reception before 9am you get same day service. However I was charged for express and not same day. This is only a minor thing but I needed clean clothes for my husband. An excellent hotel and would highly recommend it."

"Room was fine but only 1 spot to put a bag on and the bathroom was very narrow (My husband said his knees hit the wall when he sat on the toilet.) with a shower that was extremely small. I had to turn off the water to soap up and then turn it back on to rinse off. Breakfast was good."

"Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."
