"We found it difficult to enter the hotel when we arrived. Although the room can best be described as adequate it was far from welcoming , the staff were good at there jobs but again not welcoming. The best is adequate and to say we won’t stay there again says it all."

"We had a relaxing stop on our trip through southern France. The panoramic hotel is easy to reach from the highway, safe and free parking in front of the property is effortless. The spacious room we had was tastefully decorated and had a large balcony with a gorgeous view over the lake. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate at the bar, the restaurant looked also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this gorgeous little B&B. Very different from the usual chain hotel stays we have when travelling. Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. If you are after a great value taste of rural French hospitality, the Sandine & Catherine will be hard to beat. "

"A most charming place to stay nestled in the hills of the Massif Central, this was formerly the village school house and retains many original features. Dinner was provided by the hosts and was particularly well received. Breakfast was basic but no less delicious for that."

"This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. The facilities in the room were great: shower over bath, separate toilet, mini fridge, shutters. Lovely and clean. Lovely view. "Excellent traditional french logis hotel & restaurant run by the second & third generation of the family who created it from the family farm and full of old farm tools and implements. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window.
