"Lovely hotel which seemed brand new. Very family friendly with great facilities for kids. Shuttle bus to Disneyland was very useful, the rooms were a good size and the beds are very comfy. The little kitchenette is handy too."

"Before we arrived they tried to downgrade us several times. They would not take no for an answer and were very rude. When we did arrive they were no better at check in. There was no bottled water in the room. No kettle or tea making facilities. No welcome amenities. WiFi does not work. For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you. So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception and ask for a new code. They refused to give my partner warm water in a real cup for our babies bottle and said they only do paper cups. There is no phone in the room so if you have a question you have to walk down to reception. Bed is rock solid. I have not experienced a hotel like this before. Maybe it was my own fault for taking a chance at an unknown brand. But never again. "

"We just had a great stay in an apartment, the staff on reception were helpful and efficient. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks and the route is easy and on one level. The free shuttle bus was also very convenient. We would definitely come back here when visiting Disney."

"I always enjoy a stay at The Moxy. I like the decor and the casual style of the place. Unfortunately I feel this particular hotel was a little tired as its a very busy hotel. Our room was lovely right next to the lift at the far end of the hotel. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking but ok for 2 days. Breakfast time is carnage as everyone is trying to dine at the same time. I feel for the staff..its a lot to contend with. Guests can be awful making a mess and lots of food wasteage which just upsets me. This hotel should charge for breakfast so that people only order what they want to eat, rather than a buffet where platefuls are just filled and left at the tables. Its shocking how certain families behave. The location of hotel is perfect as its very close to the station for the disney park. Plus nearby restaurants and supermarkets. I would stay here again just for the location and delicious breakfast."

"Room is nice and spacious. All clean. Shower a little awkward to use, had to have it at an angle otherwise it would spray past the shower screen onto the tiles floor. Kitchen area good. Bed comfy. Only thing that let it down was the fact they allow dogs and the owner two doors down left their dog in the room all day and until at least 11.30pm. the poor dog was whimpering, barking and scratching at the door all through this time. "

"The resort was very nice, family friendly and plenty of space. Marriott did a great job, it felt like a village in a fairytale. Very cute, 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen & laundry room were great too. Large living and dining area. I was surprised that there was a small fee for the shuttle to Disneyland/train station. It was nominal but I was shocked that they charged. The shuttle driver was great & it ran according to schedule. The restaurant was small, good food options, and the food was good. All of the hotel staff & servers were great, except one server, Anourith. He clearly had a preference for some guest over others. The concierges really made things happen with last minute tickets to Disneyland and the castle. Their market was small but it had a lot of things to offer. Very cute gifts, good cooked food too. We never had to go to the grocery store. I would definitely stay there again, it was a very nice resort."

"We did not have a great experience at this hotel. The first room had no heat. After a few hours of trying to get it fixed we were moved to another room. They knew this room had heat issues before we checked in. The next room was at the front of hotel and extremely loud. My bed frame was broken. I would not stay here again. "
