"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"I had to wait almost an hour for the van pickup at the airport and called three times to make sure they were really still coming. It was getting close to 10:30pm, which was when the shuttle was supposed to stop running me I was starting to panic. Room was ok but shower was not clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"The room wasn’t cleaned or beds made, all that was done was new towels were given. The shower sink and toilet was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. The TV did not work in the first room we were given but they did move us to another room."
