Saint-Jean-de-Luz City Center

"Fantastic 5 star hotel. Room was superb and evening turndown service is a very nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The spa though is superb - it also has direct access to the beach which allowed a swim in the sea before back into the spa area. The dining room, bar and outside sitting area overlooking the beach is a real standout. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Saint Jean De Luz."

"very comfortable room (view over car park!? not great) spa was beautiful, remember to take speedo type ( budgie smugglers!) trunks for men, as shorts not allowed. Can be bought on site for 15euros) Thanks for a lovely stay"

"Wonderful boutique hotel in St Jean de Luz . Perfect location."

"The staff were extremely accomodating. Towels for the beach, ice for the drinks, laundry, they did it all."

"Great atmosphere and romantic view of the town. Facilities are excellent and room was large enough for 2 persons. Staff are very friendly, while level of proffessional varies depending on staff Overall, excellent hotel."

"The town and the hotel were magnificent."

"Beautiful property on La concha beach. Awesome roof top bar!!!"

"Great location! Nice staff!"

"Broha the valet and bell person welcomed us in a most professional and thorough manner. Top notch service and great location!"

"Good: Right on the beach. Short walk to activities. Kind, cordial front desk, excellent evening meal and service in the hotel restaurant. Charming old fashioned elevator (that sometimes sticks mid floor). Not so good: Very noisy. Most uncomfortable bed 'Ive ever slept in. Turned back the bed to find dirty linens in poor shape. Crack in the wall from baseboard to ceiling, handbar in shower broken off and not repaired, hair conditioner dispenser broken off and not replaced/repaired, chair in room...
